Notes:

These changes are just enough to get iacd --west-widget rip running.
The submodules (flog, python-command, python-deps, and python-musicbrainz-ngs) have been moved into this repository, and hence are no longer submodules. This was because each required small tweaks for morituri to work in Python 3.
